Where ESS Began
ESS Lifestyle Coaching was founded on the front lines of network marketing — not in a boardroom. Rome Batchelor created and built the ESS system from the ground up, drawing on years of real-world experience in the grind: the late nights, the rejection, the hustle of building a team from scratch while trying to maintain a life worth living. Co-founder Wayne Sutton joined the mission to help bring that vision to scale, and together they built something designed to give others the system they wish they'd had from day one.
