What Is ESS?
ESS — Exclusive Social Synergy — is a private, approval-based entrepreneurial coaching community for network and affiliate marketers who want more ownership, more diversification, more support, and less dependence on a single company.
A Different Way to Build in Network and Affiliate Marketing
ESS is operated by ESS Lifestyle Coaching LLC.
ESS is not designed to replace every business, company, product, or affiliate relationship a member may already have.
Instead, ESS is designed to help qualified members build a stronger business structure around the relationships, skills, experience, and opportunities they already have — or may choose to add in the future.
Our focus is simple:
Who Is ESS For?
ESS is primarily designed for experienced or serious network and affiliate marketers who may feel:
Many ESS members may already have a network marketing, direct selling, affiliate marketing, sales, real estate, insurance, or entrepreneurial background. ESS may also appeal to individuals who have never built a network marketing business but are willing to learn a simple, relationship-based system.
What Problem Is ESS Designed to Solve?
Traditional network marketing often places nearly everything inside one company.
Your product comes from that company.
Your compensation plan comes from that company.
Your team genealogy may be controlled by that company.
Your recognition comes from that company.
Your long-term income may depend heavily on that company continuing to operate exactly as expected.
A company can change compensation.
A product can lose momentum.
Leadership can change.
Policies can change.
A company can be sold, decline, or disappear entirely.
"What if the entrepreneur could build a stronger foundation that was not completely dependent on one company?"
That is the problem ESS is designed to address.
Is ESS an MLM or Network Marketing Company?
No. ESS is not positioned as a traditional network marketing company built around one proprietary product line.
ESS is a coaching, community, and business-building platform.
Members may independently participate with approved or recommended third-party companies, products, services, affiliate programs, or vendor relationships where appropriate. Those outside companies maintain their own products, compensation plans, rules, requirements, and independent contractor relationships.
ESS operates separately as a coaching and community organization.
Can I Keep My Current Network Marketing Company?
In many cases, yes. One of the central ideas behind ESS is that a person should never automatically assume they must abandon a good existing business simply because they discover something new.
Where company policies and applicable rules allow, an ESS member may continue participating with an existing company while also building a broader entrepreneurial strategy.
Every member remains responsible for reviewing and following the policies of any outside company with which they are affiliated. ESS never encourages anyone to violate another company's policies, contractual obligations, or applicable laws.
The ESS Business Philosophy
ESS is built around a different posture from traditional recruiting pressure.
ESS members are encouraged to identify a small number of serious people rather than attempt to recruit everyone they know.
The objective is not massive personal recruiting. The objective is to find a limited number of people who are willing to learn, duplicate, coach others, and build responsibly.
For many members, the long-term target is approximately 3–5 carefully selected people who can eventually learn to do the same.
Sponsor, Never Recruit
ESS teaches members to think like sponsors and coaches rather than recruiters. Recruiting can easily become a numbers game. Sponsoring carries a greater responsibility.
When someone sponsors another person into ESS, the expectation is that they will help that person understand the system, get started correctly, develop skills, and learn how to help others.
The ESS implementation sequence is:
"The information isn't the secret. Implementation is where coaching becomes valuable."
Why ESS Uses a Multi-Vendor Philosophy
ESS believes entrepreneurs should carefully evaluate the risk of depending entirely on one source of business income.
One way we illustrate this is with the wagon and horses analogy. Imagine your entrepreneurial business as a wagon. A traditional single-company model may have one horse pulling that wagon. If something happens to that horse, the wagon may stop.
ESS encourages qualified members to consider a stronger model in which multiple appropriate income-producing relationships may help pull the same entrepreneurial wagon — including multiple approved companies, affiliate programs, products, services, or future opportunities.
The goal is not complexity. The goal is greater choice and reduced dependence on any single source.
What Makes ESS Different?
Approval-Based Membership
ESS is a private community. A person is generally introduced or sponsored by an existing member and may be required to receive approval from an ESS coach before joining. ESS is intentionally selective.
A Limited Personal Team
ESS emphasizes quality over quantity. Members are encouraged to focus on finding and developing a small number of serious people rather than endlessly recruiting.
Hands-On Coaching
ESS is built around implementation. Members receive help learning how to approach people, communicate the concept, follow up, onboard new members, build teams, and duplicate the process.
Business Diversification
ESS encourages members to think beyond dependence on a single company, product, or compensation plan.
Team Continuity
One of the long-term concepts behind ESS is helping entrepreneurs build relationships and community that can remain valuable even when outside products, companies, or opportunities change.
Human-First Business Building
ESS believes technology should strengthen human relationships rather than replace them. AI and technology are tools. Relationships remain the foundation.
Our Communication Hierarchy
ESS believes technology should strengthen human relationships rather than replace them.
AI and technology are tools. Relationships remain the foundation.
What Is the ESS Advantage?
ESS refers to its core business-building framework as The E.S.S. Advantage. It includes principles such as:
Specific programs, qualifications, benefits, and compensation-related features may change as ESS develops and as legal and compliance reviews are completed. Current official ESS policies and disclosures always control.
How Does Someone Join ESS?
ESS is designed around qualification rather than instant enrollment. A typical prospective member may move through several steps:
Introduction or sponsorship
A current member introduces the individual to ESS.
Initial information
The prospective member reviews introductory ESS information, which may include the ESS book, videos, presentations, or overview materials.
Waitlist
Interested individuals may be placed on an ESS waitlist.
ESS Unveiling
The individual receives a more complete explanation of the ESS business-building concept.
Napkin Review
The ESS model is explained in a simple, easy-to-understand format.
Interview
The prospective member may be interviewed by two ESS coaches.
Approval
If both ESS and the individual believe the relationship is a good fit, the individual may be approved to join. ESS reserves the right to decline membership.
What Happens After Someone Joins?
ESS onboarding is designed to be hands-on. A new member may receive help with:
The objective is not merely to give someone information. The objective is to help them implement it.
Who Founded ESS?
ESS was founded by Rome Batchelor, a longtime network marketing entrepreneur who has spent decades observing both the strengths and weaknesses of traditional network marketing.
ESS grew out of a recurring problem: talented people can spend years building momentum, relationships, teams, and skills — only to discover that much of what they built may still depend on decisions made by a single outside company.
ESS was created to explore a more durable, diversified, coaching-centered approach.
Is Income Guaranteed?
No. ESS never guarantees income, business success, financial independence, retirement, or any particular result.
Individual results vary significantly. Results depend on many factors, including effort, skill, experience, market conditions, business choices, outside company performance, consistency, and personal execution.
Participation in ESS should never be interpreted as a guarantee of financial results. Before participating in any outside vendor, affiliate, direct-selling, or network-marketing company, individuals should review that company's official disclosures, policies, costs, compensation plan, and income information.
What ESS Believes
ESS believes many entrepreneurs do not need more hype. They need:
"Build a business around people, principles, systems, and relationships that can remain valuable even when individual companies and products change."
